Job Summary
As a Financial Advisor at Means Wealth Management, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, which includes providing personalized financial planning and delivering investment advisory services. In this role, you will work closely with clients to assess their financial goals, develop customized financial plans, and implement strategies that help achieve long-term success. This role involves a high level of client interaction, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated group of clients, providing ongoing advisory services.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on exemplary customer service, proactive communication, and tailored financial advice.

Financial Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans based on client’s financial goals and objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizons.
- Conduct reviews and updates of financial plans to ensure they reflect clients’ changing circumstances and market conditions.

Investment Advisory:
- Implement and monitor investment strategies that align with the client’s financial goals and objectives.

Client Education:
- Explain complex financial concepts in an understandable way to help clients make informed decisions.
- Provide guidance on retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and other relevant areas.

Compliance & Regulatory:
- Ensure that all client interactions and recommendations are compliant with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and financial plans.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client strategies and firm initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Active Series 65 license (or willingness to obtain).
- CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA® (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation is preferred, but not required.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, markets, and investment strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong emphasis on building rapport with clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
