Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager’s primary responsibility is to assist our team as we build and preserve trusting relationships with our clients by serving as a key point of contact and helping ensure a high-quality, consistent client experience.
This is an in-office position based in our Bangor, ME, location
Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Ensuring our existing and prospective clients receive exceptional service by:
- Working with clients in person, over the phone, and via email to address cashiering and administrative needs, answer questions, or route inquiries appropriately within the firm.
- Processing client paperwork for both routine and complex financial transactions in coordination with advisors, operations, and custodial partners.
- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally and ensuring the caller’s needs are adequately and timely addressed.
- Greeting clients in the office and helping them feel settled and prepared for meetings with their advisor, while reinforcing a welcoming, professional firm experience.
- Appointment Scheduling and Meeting Preparation:
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments for clients and advisors, ensuring efficient use of everyone’s time.
- Assisting advisors as they prepare for client meetings, ensuring any documents and reports needed for the meeting are accurately and timely prepared and that follow-up items are tracked and addressed.
- Administrative Support:
- Providing general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other related tasks.
- Assisting with various clerical duties as assigned.
- Maintaining accurate and up-t0-date client records and notes in our CRM.
- Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to help ensure smooth execution of client requests and timely resolution of issues.

- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating closely with advisors and team members.
- Strong critical thinking and judgment, with the ability to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate next steps.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new technology and systems.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality with a strong service mindset.
