Susan, who has over 35 years of customer service experience, joined the Means Wealth team in October 2016. As a former Customer Service Supervisor and Training Lead in the electric utility industry, Susan brings a significant background in relationship management to Means Wealth.
Outside of the office, Susan enjoys gathering with family and friends, warm weather BBQs, taking day trips along the Maine coast, and outside concerts. She believes all clients deserve professional, friendly, customer service and loves the teamwork, client care, and respect that are at the core of Means Wealth.
